These terms cover your use of Mactomator (the “app”), provided by Mactomator (“we”). By downloading or using the app, you agree to them.

Your license

When you buy Mactomator, you get a personal, non-exclusive license to use it on up to three machines you own or control. The one-year plan includes updates and support for twelve months; the lifetime plan includes all future updates at no extra cost. You keep the version you have even after a one-year plan's updates end.

Free trial

The app is free to use for 30 days so you can decide if it fits, with one trial per Mac. No payment is required to start the trial.

Payments and refunds

Purchases are processed by our reseller, Paddle, acting as merchant of record; your contract of sale is with Paddle. Prices are shown in EUR and may include applicable taxes. Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy and processed by Paddle; the 30-day free trial is there so you can evaluate before you buy.

License validity

Your license is validated online when you activate it and re-checked periodically while you use the app. A license may be revoked — and stop working — if its purchase is refunded or charged back, or if it is used in breach of these terms.

Acceptable use

Please do not resell, redistribute, share, or attempt to circumvent the licensing of the app. Automations you build with Mactomator are your responsibility, including any scripts you choose to run.

No warranty

The app is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or incidental damages arising from its use.

Changes

We may update these terms as the app evolves. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Portugal.
